nice job joe! first thing I noticed was that you're smiling...was it even tough for you???
Thanks guys! it was a suck fest, the smile is for the camera and b/c I was done. It was interesting compareing 3 1/2 hours of semi intensive work to 5-30 min of very intense work, like we do for CF. I was hurting more after Fran last week than after the marathon! All I know is that CF/CFE work. Oh, and Tun making me take rest days was key too! ;-)
