Olympic Lifting Seminar
This last Saturday we drove up to Louisville and attended the Olympic Lifting Seminar hosted by Derby City CrossFit and instructed by Sage Bergener from Mike's gym. Sage gave us a full day of hands on training in the snatch and the clean and jerk. Lots of great cues and tons of repetition. There wasn't a lot of time to take notes, but Sage had written out some notes on the large whiteboard, so a couple of quick snaps captured those.
A lot of bang for your buck. While it doesn't get you CrossFit Olympic Lifting certified, it also cost a fraction and only takes 1 day instead of two. I highly encourage anyone who has the opportunity to attend one of her seminars to take advantage of it.
