Accessory work



A little self-critique.

1. Body is not fully aligned and straight when in the inverted position.
2. I need to check on proper head position.
3. Point toes, tighten and straighten legs.
4. Arms bend when shifting to L-sit.

I'm sure there are countless other technical errors, not too mention my lack of strength to do the simple "A" moves like a front lever.
